restructured our business, which unfortunately have rendered Rasmus position obsolete.
However, during Rasmus stay with us, he achieved great results:
- lncreased the output performance of his teams by a staggering 80% over 12 months.
- Ran 8 projects in parallel, all delivered in due time and within budget.
- Used personalized coaching and created a close and innovative environment by visualizing the
team member's role and value.
- Headed stakeholder management for senior managers and executives of Sitecore.
- Administered portfolio and program management for a team of 25 individuals and introduced a
set of tools, software and processes to ensure prioritization and transparency.

Rasmus is a bright and personable individual who is highly self-motivated. Rasmus quickly managed to
define his own role, identifo targets and set goals and achieve these by motivating his co-workers and
those who worked for him.
It is with deepest regret that Rasmus and Sitecore had to part since he have proved an extremely
valuable asset for Sitecore, both on personality and professional level. Sitecore needs more employees
