WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR LISTING IS ACTIVE
       SHOWINGS
Once your home is listed and ready to show, authorized brokers gain access instructions by calling our Centralized Showing Service (CSS). This full-service call center is the quickest and most efficient way to get real estate agents with their qualified buyers in your home.
• Showings can be scheduled by agents online 24/7
• You can approve or decline showings via text, phone or email
• Showings are usually scheduled for time blocks of 1-2 hours in length and it’s ok for more than one agent to show at a time
• Please be sure to leave, if possible, to allow potential buyers to tour your home without distraction
• Never allow anyone to enter without a confirmed appointment and scheduled showing
SHOWING FEEDBACK
Through CSS, showing agents receive a feedback request email immediately following their approved showing time and then reminder messages for three more days. Once submitted, you will receive a copy of the feedback along with us to monitor the market’s candid reaction to our pricing, condition, location, floor plan, and more.
                             • Turn on ALL lights
• Open blinds and curtains
• Set a comfortable temperature— (AC in summer months and heat in the winter)
• Turn on fireplace and low music
• Remove pets
• Secure valuables
