CLOSING
  Final WALK-THROUGH and
  Verification of CONDITION
Prior to closing and by appointment, the buyer has the right to walk through the home to verify that the physical condition of the property and inclusions comply with the contract.
 CLOSING
This is the meeting where all of the real estate and loan documents are signed, the loan is funded and the deed to the house is transferred to the new owner.
POSSESSION
Contractually, possession is defined by the contract and is part of the negotiation process. The contract dictates the EXACT date and time that the buyers may take possession.
NET PROCEEDS
As the seller, you will be responsible for the following estimated expenses associated with the sale of your home. These are estimates and will become more accurate once you accept an offer. We will provide you another estimated net sheet once we’re under contract with the negotiated contract terms and dates for prorations.
