WHO
WE ARE
Mehigan LLP is a legal advisory firm dedicated to
helping clients navigate emerging markets situations
and transactions. To us, the term “emerging markets”
means situations in which black letter law or a purely
legalistic approach will not be enough in achieving our
clients’ goals. Emerging markets demand more and we
aim to provide our clients with insightful, flexible and
creative guidance - working closely with them in a “one
