chain a good tug until the rubber stopper comes out, and
        with it, you release all the emotional toxins that seep into
        our bodies as a result of just well living.

        The sun, when present ( I am in Seattle, so it’s often hit or
        miss  nine-months  out  of  the  year),  is  also  an  excellent
        resource for clearing away any negative energy. The power
        of its light is transformative, and it doesn’t take long, nor
        does it require you to get naked (unless you are into that,
        and  that  is  awesome  too—you  and  Ben  Franklin,  in  that
        case, have something in common.)

        I find just ten to fifteen minutes sitting comfortably in the
        sun does a wonderful job of shifting my mood.

        Cleaning the house and saging are two activities that, for
        me, go hand and hand. Not only do these activities make

        our home pleasant to be in, but it also raises the overall
        vibration.  Saging  I  have  found  has  a  calming  quality  for
        both my child and pup Layla, so overall, it’s a big win!

        To  clear  a  new  deck  or  to  clean  a  deck  that  has  some
        negative  energy  build-up,  I  start  by  washing  the  cards.
        First,  you  spread  the  cards  all  over  a  table  (image  side
        down) and swish them around. Make sure they are nicely
        mixed  up.  Then  let  your  intuition  guide  you  around  the
        table, picking up a card from one area then a couple from
        another. When you have about a third of the cards in your
        hand, shuffle them until you feel ready to stop and then
