King Salman Air Base security Gates automation
The automation of King Salman Air
Base security Gates (23 & 24) have been completed. The gates were fully automated and are controlled by AFU Control Center. CRDD & CRISOD agreed to handover these two gates to CRDD and withdraw the security men from the two gates by the end of 2018.
Additional turnstiles at Khurais CPF Gate
As part of Khurais Arabic Light (AL) Crude Expansion Project, CRISOD and ISSD,
in collaboration with PMT, successfully completed the installation of four additional turnstiles. The objective is to increase the pedestrian entry/exit access points and reduce the time for contractors accessing the facility. Currently, more than 4,000 persons are accessing Khurais Central Processing Facility (CPF) on a daily basis.
