During 2018, CRISOD completed more than 235,000 visitors’ requests through the Visitor Management System. The department has taken the initiative and established a number of visitor offices to ensure our customer satisfaction.
Since February 18, CRISOD has operated the dependents ID office with a female operator, to provide services to dependents and female employees at Riyadh Government Affairs Building, with no cost impact.
During the 2nd quarter of 2018 and as
part of CRISOD continuous efforts to optimize services and maintain customer satisfaction, a new visitor self-service station has been provided at Riyadh Refinery Station #1 (main gate). All visitors are able to automatically process their non-restricted temporary business requests. Service is available 24 hours a day.
On August 1, CRISOD inaugurated a new visitor post at the North Riyadh Security Operation Unit – KKIA. This new visitor office will serve customers in the North Riyadh area.
