CR 911 emergency center:
CR 911 EC Backup at Security Bldg.
new CR 911 backup emergency center:
CRISOD officially activated the CR 911 backup EC at Bldg. # 340 (Security Bldg.) in January, to ensure business continuity by providing emergency response services when the main 911 EC can’t be utilized for any reason. The old CR 911 EC was
at Riyadh Admin area Bldg. # 300 (Riyadh Refinery ECC Room).
radars coverage enhancment assessment:
During the first quarter of 2018, CR 911 EC worked hand in hand with all divisions to study and readjust all radars connected to the Command and Control Integrated system (C2I) in Riyadh Refinery and Khurais.
The assessment covered the following processes:
• Zones physical testing
• Alarms tracing
• Gaps identifications
• Detection zone readjustment
With this assessment, false alarms have been reduced, which will enable operators to remain focused and make effective decisions.
