The senior management of ISO is keen to maintain constant communication with its employees through several channels
to deliver its directives and to ensure the implementation of its strategies as well as to provide means of receiving feedback from employees.
Following are some of the means implemented in the department during 2018:
ISO general manager visits:
• On March 1, Mr. A’ali Al-Zahrani, General Manager ISO held a communication meeting with the key staff of CRISOD at Khurais Area. Manuals of the new developed programs (STAR, KPI & SMS) were shared with the GM.
• On July 2, Mr. Abdullah A. Al-Ghamdi, Acting General Manager of ISO held
a communication meeting with the key staff of CRISOD in Riyadh. GM presented recognition certificates to 20 employees for their outstanding safety performance/achievements.
