daily conference calls:
Every day security shift supervisors conduct conference calls attended by all security men at the gates, to discuss day-to-day activities.
E-space conference calls:
• Weekly E-space Conference Calls:
CRISOD Manager conducts e-space conference call in a weekly basis with: division heads, CR 911 Emergency Center Chief, SSU Supervisor, Planning Supervisor, Weapon Coordinator, and OE Coordinator.
• Monthly E-space Conference Calls:
Division heads contacted security men
in monthly basis at the gates via e-space conference call in a monthly basis discussing safety and operational matters.
site visits to all the gates for face-to- face communication:
Face to face meetings and communication with the employees by their manager, division heads, and supervisors are conducted to discuss all work related issues.
