  Sample of CRISOD theft and vandalism cases
CRISOD formed Theft and Vandalism committee on April 3, 2018, to review comprehensively numbers of theft and vandalism cases (from 2010 to 2018), which were occurred at some work locations. The subject committee delivered the outcome
of this study on July 2, 2018, to ISO GM along with CRISOD management. Twenty- one recommendations were developed and seven of them were closed. Currently the department is collectively working with the proponent department to close all pending recommendations.
service level agreement (SLA) with EWPD:
On April 3, 2018, CRISOD has formed (SLA) committee to work on Service Level Agreement with EWPD. The committee reviewed all ISO services being provided to EWPD. On May 21, 2018, CRISOD conducted an official meeting to go through the initial SLA between CRISOD and EWPD. Both departments listed and approved all services provided by both parties.
awareness sessions for al-mujahdeen forces:
As part of Central Region Industrial Security Operations Department (CRISOD) efforts to enhance its customer relationship, and to improve safety and security communications with local government forces, several awareness sessions were conducted to Al-Mujahedeen forces at Pump Stations 5, 6, 7, and 8, for four consecutive days starting from April 25, 2018. These awareness sessions focused on Safe Driving topic (mainly driving on the ROW), First Aid, Facilities/Pipelines Criticality, Area Borders, Al-Mujahedeen Roles, Incident Response, Type of Incidents on the EWPs, Security Drills, Hotlines, and other subjects.
