agreement with FSF live shooting refresher course:
To maintain weapon carrying certification for CRISOD armed security men, and to reduce the cost impact of employees training at the ISOA at Dhahran, CRISOD reached an agreement with the Facilities Security Forces (FSF), to conduct the mandated Live Shooting Refresher training for 162 armed security men, in coordination with Public Security at Riyadh City, during the months of March and April of 2018. Ten 2-day training sessions were conducted. The calculated cost saving from providing this training at Public Security Training vs. ISTC at DH is about $ 153,440.
security & safety roles/regulations sessions for al-mujahdeen:
CRISOD conducted eight campaigns/sessions for Al-Mujahedeen Force, covering the security and safety roles/regulations and the safety risks of the hydrocarbon facilities.
CSSD customer focus meeting:
On July 1, 2018, CRISOD hosted a customer focus meeting with Corporate Security Services Division where Division Heads and key personnel attended. CSSD delivered a presentation consisting of statistic on CRISOD cases and their comparisons. The meeting also covered Corporate Security Services functions overview, Crime Prevention, workshop outcomes and challenges, and future collaboration.
CRDD customer focus meetings:
In line with OE 2.1 Identify Customers, needs, and measure satisfaction, on July 1, 2018, CRISOD conducted a customer focus meeting with CR Distribution Department, to discuss the hauling contractor drivers’ violations, and to deliver awareness sessions for bulk plant truck drivers.
