                                            Welcome to Sparta




                                              In 2017 when we founded Sparta, our broker contacts told us they were
                                              looking for suppliers who brought more to the relationship than products.
                                              They told us they wanted business partners with whom they could
                                              collaborate to grow their businesses.
                                              Sparta was founded to provide value added products that customers
                                              actually want, sharing innovative ideas that serve to support our broker
                                              partners. The more ideas that are shared, the greater the likelihood
                                              those ideas will have a positive impact upon the businesses we serve.
                                              There is barely a product or service on the market today that customers
                                              can’t buy from someone else for about the same price, about the same

                                              features and benefits. Even with a first-to-market advantage, it’s likely to
                                              be lost in a matter of months.
                                              Sparta face similar challenges to brokers in realising that products alone
                                              are not enough to earn customer trust and loyalty. Much of our activity is
                                              spent working with brokers to help them articulate their unique strengths
                                              that provide a much needed competitive advantage.
                                              Sparta bring innovation value and trust back to the world of insurance
                                              and we support our brokers with those aims. In everything we do, we
                                              passionately believe in challenging the status quo that exists in the
                                              insurance industry.

                                              We believe in thinking differently. The way we do this is by never losing
                                              sight of the importance of earning the trust and loyalty of our customers,
                                              whether that is the person buying our insurance products or the broker
                                              who offers it to them.

                                              Brokers taught us there is a big difference between repeat business and
                                              loyalty. Repeat  business is when people do business with you multiple
                                              times. Loyalty is  when people are willing to turn down a better product or
                                              a better price to continue doing business with you. Loyal customers often
                                              don’t even bother  to research the competition or entertain other options.
                                              Loyalty is not easily  won. Repeat business, however is.
                                              TRUST is the single most  important underlying factor in  buying
                                              insurance. Customers  must feel they can trust  insurance companies to
                                              be  part of the solution – providing  protection and financial  resilience,
                                              taking away risk so  that families and businesses  can focus on what
                                              matters.
                                              The Sparta philosophy is grounded in helping brokers to build that trust,
                                              to win more customers and keep them longer.
