WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW – LOVE AND LEADERSHIP

There isn’t a single instance in history that describes an

organization that has been managed out of a crisis. Every

single one of them was led.

A lesson learned from the pandemic is that being parted of

a strong community during a crisis helps protect you with

training, ideas, support and guidance at a time when we

are isolating ourselves. Being a business owner can be a
lonely position, all the decisions are on YOU. At a time

where in-person communication is difficult or forbidden it

can feel even more lonely running a business.

In the days and months ahead, as the threat of the virus

recedes, the business world is likely to be a very different

place, with new opportunities and challenges. The visionary

leaders of organisations will embrace these changes and
involve their people in the process.
