discovering some of Australia’s best
kept secrets. As part of Abercrombie
and Kent’s ‘Cultures in Transformation’
by Private Jet tour, guests were taken
on a culinary journey through Sydney,
including shucking of fresh oysters at
the iconic Queen Victoria Building
followed by an Elderflower essence
demonstration by World renowned chef
Stanley Wong in his New York inspired
restaurant in the suburbs. The highlight
of the day being a meet and greet with
leading Australian restaurateur, Luke
Mangan, with a unique signed exclusive
recipe to take away. We can and have
done this event in many locations across
the country.
