                                                      FSSB 2022 conference an outstanding success in scientific content and delegate numbers

The 7th International Scientific Conference of the Fertility and Sterility Society of Bangladesh (FSSB) was held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka in November 2022.
The meeting attracted 514 delegates to hear renowned speakers from home and abroad deliver informative talks on various aspect of assisted reproductive technology (ART).
They included ASPIRE President-Elect, Dr. Clare Boothroyd, and Professor Louise Hull from Australia, ASPIRE Past President, Professor Budi Wiweko and Dr Virgilio Novero.
Mr Muhammad Mannan, the Honourable Minister of Planning for the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was a special guest at the conference presided by Professor T. A. Chowdhury.
A pre-conference masterclass on ART was attended by around 240 fertility specialists and gynaecologists.
Speakers included Dr Haroon Latif, Dr Keshav Malhotra, Professor Rashida Begum and Professor Maruf Siddiqui.
The FSSB conference in Dhaka attracted more than 500 delegates for an excellent program
The main conference and masterclass were a huge success and appreciated by all.
A new FSSB Committee has been declared with Professor Begum as Secretary General, Associate Professor Nusrat Mahmud as Treasurer and Professor Siddiqui as Scientific Secretary.
As country representatives, Professor Mahmud and Professor Siddiqui have organised successful scientific meetings under the umbrella of ASPIRE Bangladesh and the Fertility and Sterility Society of Bangladesh.
