Design and Technology department

Design and technology (DT) is a school subject offered at all levels of Cycle 2
at al Qarm School in Abu Dhabi - UAE. It is used so Emirati students develop a

range of designing and technology skills. As a school subject it involves Emirati
students in designing practically using a range of materials and media.

Our Vision

is to raise the level of advanced engineering

intelligence in design and technology to compete at
the highest level of scientific standards and to
apply Stream project and link it to the subject of

design and technology.
Our Mission

is to Support students and Developing their
Creative Thinking. Our Emirati students must be

given enough responsibility, knowledge and
opportunities to help them innovate and maintain

the development of our Emirati society and progress
towards the highest ranks..
