will be conducting more extensive follow-up interviews at the end of December with two candidates,
and an initial interview with a third.
The Retreat Facility Hours
The Board will be activating three committees during January: Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The Ad Hoc Painting Committee: The Board’s Liaison for this committee is Dan Ketchum, and
consists of three members of the community. This committee is chartered to inspect homes and
fences, and then to advise the Director of Operations regarding those in need of painting. The Gym is available to Residents 24
hours a day with a 24-hour Access Card.
The Ad Hoc 4515 Committee: The Board’s Liaisons for this committee are Ralph Jahr and Doug
Hanagan, and consists of three members of the community. This committee is chartered to ensure

that our directives comply with the terms of Section 4515 of the Civil Code, and to draft procedural Bob Blanton, President

2020 Board of Directors
The Board would like to express its appreciation to all those who volunteered and went through the Quarterly Meetings
interview process. All the applicants were qualified, highly motivated, and well spoken. It was a Meetings below are open to all

Due to the favorable response and attendance at the “Fireside Chats”, the Board will continue with Wednesday, January 22nd
this forum, which will be held in 2020 on February 6th, May 7th, August 6th, and November 5th.
And of course, I’m confident that Shannon, and her new side-kick Ryan, will be providing us with a Onsite Association Staff

the quarterly Board packet for review at the next Board meeting. A member in good standing can ask for a private meeting with the
Board to discuss personal matters.
