Price List January 1, 2015 THRESHOLDS

FREIGHT POLICY:
Freight prepaid and allowed (Ground transportation only) in Continental US on orders as follows:
l Thresholds and Gasketing only = $1,000 net or more GASKETING
l Lites/Louvers/Glass only or combined with
Thresholds/Gasketing = $1,500 net or more
l Non-transportation surcharges (i.e.: construction site delivery,
delivery notification, etc.) will be billed to the customer
l All expedited shipments like Next Day Air when requested, will be shipped FedEx, prepaid
and the published rate for the service will be added to the invoice.
l All cartons over 108 in length must be shipped LTL. Minimum freight on these orders is $120.
(Add 4 to material length to determine overall carton length.)
FINGER
GUARDS
TERMS:
l 1% 10 days - Net 30 days
l Payable in US Dollars
l Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express (Payment terms: NET plus 3% processing)
MINIMUM:
$15.00 net for material HOSPITALITY

PACKING, HANDLING & INVOICING:
A charge of $15.00 net will be made on orders of $100.00 net or less.

Reinforced Packaging:
A $50 net charge on orders of
Glass only with any size over 35
Lite Kits with glass any size over 35" LITE KITS &
More than 50 Lite Kits with Glass any size LOUVERS
Louvers 64 and larger
Items requiring extra support (ie: welded thresholds, etc.)

RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. After approval and subject to our inspection,
credit will be allowed less a minimum 30% handling charge and all related freight charges. Self-
adhesive products may only be returned within 90 days of the date of sale.
GLASS
CLAIMS:
Claims for material damage or shortages must be made within 14 days after receipt of material.
NGP is not responsible for any damages or charges beyond replacement of defective material.

CANCELLATION:
Orders for non-stock sizes, special finishes, custom fabricated, and glass products are
non-cancelable and non-returnable once in production. EDGES &
