any foolish moves would cost them. Such an alliance would be strong
enough to singlehandedly put an end to all acts of the PKK.

With regards to the Iraqi Kurdish Autonomous Administration;
both President Masoud Barzani and Prime Minister Nechervan
Barzani are trustworthy people known for their religious personali-
ties. It is very good that their ties with Turkey are strong; this togeth-
erness should be reinforced with an even stronger friendship and

alliance. Right now, it is a known fact that there is a serious influence
of the PKK in the Iraqi Kurdish region and moreover that some of the
