H6: Procedures for Dismantling
1. Exhibitors are allowed to dismantle and move their merchandise or materials outside Royal
Paragon Hall from 20.00 hrs. till 24.00 hrs.
2. Early removal of exhibits before the show ends is not allowed. Requirement must be
addressed to the Organizer at Exhibitor Service Counter.
3. Plywood or similar material must be placed on the carpet before using trolley.
4. Please use exit doors in Paragon Hall 2 to loading area during dismantling time. Entrance
doors in Paragon Hall 1 are not allowed for exit.
5. Exhibitors must move all dismantling materials to loading area before taking any queue.
Then inform a vehicle plate number to the Organizer at the loading area. A queuing ticket

will be provided to exhibitor before taking vehicles to 5 floor.

6. A queuing ticket must be shown to security officer at 3A before taking vehicles to 5 floor.
Without queuing ticket, vehicles will not be allowed for access to loading area.
7. All merchandises and materials placing in the loading area are responsible by exhibitors.
Royal Paragon Hall and the Organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

8. Vehicles with height over 2.10 meters are not permitted to the loading ramp on 5 floor.
However, vehicles with height over 2.10 meters but less than 2.80 meters can access the
building and park for unloading at the loading area on G floor only.
9. Royal Paragon Hall provides vehicle parking validation for the use of Cargo Lift and/or
Freight Lifts at loading area on G floor with free of charge for the first hour only. Parking fee
will be charged at Baht 100.00 per hour for 2nd hour onwards.
10. 6-Wheels truck or other vehicles with height over 2.80 meters are allowed to access the
transport area (beside the building) from 23.00 hrs. to midnight of 26 February 2017.
