etc vinyl spinning. My brother and I were both in the Awesome Tahlequah High School Choral program of Kriss
Harris and Marjorie Malone and are so grateful for that experience. I began playing guitar around the age of 18.
How long have you been playing reggae?
That is a tough question. I discovered the music of Bob Marley and the Wailers in college on the Big Island as
that what the radio plays 90% of the time. I just gravitated to it. Franke Lee has been a band since 2008 and we
pull influence form Rock, Blues, Songwriter, Jam, and Reggae. Reggae has definitely been an evolution for us as
a band and although we enjoy all genras, reggae is our favorite.

Who do you perform with in Franke Lee?
Franke Lee is a Family Band that adopted Aaron Lee! Mike, Michael, and Daniel Franke.

What is your work title, do you have one at Oasis?
Musician/Entrepreneur at Oasis I am the Manager.
Why did you want to host this event, how long have you been imagining and dreaming about
        it?
We are hosting this event to build community., support a local nonprofit, and create an opportunity for some awesome
bands. We wanted to create a epic event that is open to everyone in the community and showcase Reggae Music. In doing
so we have booked some really awesome bands. Local Hero out of Tulsa, Ok, and The Big News from Norman.
What do you hope to see come from this music event?
We hope to raise some money for the Arts Council of Tahlequah and Establish a foundation to build on next year. Raise
        awareness to cultural diversity.

Print shack will be there with custom Tshirts!, Urth Gems will have handmade Jewelry, NDN Inkworks will have T-shrits,
Royalty Jewels will have Jewelry, handbags, and accessories. We are still working on Food Vendors and hope to get some
        Jamaican style food there.

How do you want to address the marijuana topic as it relates to the event?
This festival is about Reggae Music, Community and Culture. I would hate for stigma of an Herb to limit that. I believe that
Medical Legalization will help with the Negative stigma associated with this plant. We applaud the State of Oklahoma for
offering an alternative treatment to so many who suffer from debilitating ailments.

What else do people need to know about Reggae in the Park?
As of now Main sponsors are Cowpoke Print Shack, NDN Inkworks LLC, and Soulage Medical Dispensary. The outpour-
ing of support from local businesses for this event has been overwhelming.

        Activities?
