that the overall operation will run much more smoothly this year.
With so much complete there is still plenty of opportunity ahead. We will continue to refine our new spaces, optimize our operations within them, and introduce many ways for you to engage with and enjoy your wonderful Club. We will welcome Neil who will arrive just in time to help inform the next iteration of our Strategic Plan. And we will also be welcoming many new Board Members, including a new Commodore as my term comes to an end.
Over the past two years I have enjoyed getting to meet so many wonderful Members that I would not have otherwise, if not for this role. It has been my pleasure
to represent all of you, and our Club, in my capacity as Commodore. I will miss the wonderful opportunities afforded while in this role. However, I very much look forward to having more time to spend with my wife Jennifer and daughters, Helen and Alma, which I hope includes many sailing adventures.
Until then, let me say thank you to all Members for making my Commodore-ship so enjoyable, and to the many dedicated volunteers for the generosity of your time and talents. Our Club is the pillar it is because of all of you.
Thank you.
