with qualifying rounds to determine a final Gold/Silver fleet split; and you can bet there will be proper awards beyond “beer emoji” when we return to the Island.
The best lesson I’ve taken from this new racing format is that these new ideas don’t have to be temporary. This is a chance to discover some fantastic resources and ways to use available technology to expand our sailing season beyond the allotted six or so months in our colder climate. I’m looking forward to future developments now that our eyes are open to the digital age and all that is has to offer!
