STATEMENT OF PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS.

For Writing II, my intentions and expectations are focused on learning how to write with
coherence, and how to organize my ideas clearly. I hope to do this in order to put in practice all the
previous knowledge acquired, and in that way fulfill all the requirements of the exit profile.

I will put all my effort in learning how to write with coherence because writing in English is very
different form writing in Spanish. On the other hand, I will bear in mind that the patterns of
organization in English are very strict, so I will try to organize my ideas in the best way possible to
keep the logic in all my writing assignments. These two new skills will help me to face the writing
sections in an appropriate way.

To achieve the goals set through the learning outcomes, I am going to do all the assignments the
better way possible. I am also going to look for additional information of the topics that seem to be
interesting for me. However, I will be more focused on my writing because it lets me realize what my
weaknesses are.

In conclusion, my expectations for this syllabus will be focused on the improvement of my writing
style, and in learning to write in an organized way and with coherence. All of that with the main
purpose of improving my English to achieve my goals.
