Repeat voltage drop test after moving negative lead to 30 amp circuit
NO breaker (copper post). With engine running, is voltage drop less than 1.0 volt? NO Repeat voltage drop test after moving negative lead to starter motor battery terminal. With engine running, is voltage drop less than 1.0 volt? NO Repair or replace battery cable.

YES Check terminal or replace circuit breaker. YES Repair wire between main circuit breaker and starter motor.
