WATER AND SEWER RATE INCREASES
In accordance with Provincial Legislation a 2011 Water & Waste Water Rate Study was completed by Watson & Associates wherein it was determined that water and sewer rates were needed to be increased annually in order to reach sustainability and e ective January 1, 2018 increases will be adjusted in the urban (Watford) and rural areas of Warwick Township as follows:
RURAL AREA
a) Rural water rates would increase by 7% in 2018 which means a di erence of $6.63 per quarterly billing on minimum water charges.
b) Sewer rates would increase by 7% in 2018 which means a di erence of $6.24 per quarterly billing on minimum sewer charges.
URBAN AREA (Watford)
a) Urban water rates would increase by 7% in 2018 which means a di erence of $2.21 per monthly billing on minimum water charges.
b) Sewer rates would increase by 7% in 2018 which means a di erence of $2.08 per monthly billing on minimum sewer charges.

PARKING REGULATIONS
By-law Number 41 of 2006, as amended, was passed by Warwick Township Council for the regulation of tra c and parking within the Township of Warwick.
NO PARKING is allowed between November 15th, 2017 to April 15th, 2018 between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on any highway in Watford, the Hamlet of Warwick and the Williams Subdivision.
On-Street Parking Permits, for residential vehicles, may be obtained at the Township O ce during o ce hours, at the set fee of $50.00.
NB – If a resident requires infrequent overnight on-street parking for a visitor, the resident is required to advise the Township O ce as soon as possible.
