Abstract:

         GSS—Getac Service System, has two interfaces,


         one is for customers and
                                                         Getac Secret
         another is for in house and TPM repair centres.






         Both interfaces are integrated with one database, so the

         data is the same.                          Confidential Document


         The key link is to set up a customer login into GSS.





         Once a customer login is setup, customers can login GSS


          to maintain their contact details and addresses.

          to apply RMA numbers, and


          to check all their RMA status
