1. Replace new heat sink checked by factory for user.
2. Take the good water cooler engineers remove from user’s water cooler, and follow
the drying process to let it dry to be buffer.
3. If user doesn’t mind water mark in the sink , we can serve the sink
dealt with drying process as refurbish for user.
4. If RMA get lot amount of DOA return , we suggest charge cost for heat sink
refurbishing.(include labor charges , shipping fee , etc)
