At Johnson Controls offers the world’s largest portfolio of building products, technolo-
gies, software, and services; they put that portfolio to work to transform the environ-
ments where people live, work, learn, and play. Their products and solutions include HVAC
equipment, building automation and control, security, fire detection, residential and smart
homes, and much more. In 2019, Kloeckner Metals provided approximately $38 million of
steel to Johnson Controls out of our Tulsa location.

You’ve heard of Whirlpool appliances and might even own one. Whirlpool is the world’s
leading global manufacturer of home appliances with $20 billion in annual sales while
operating in nearly every country around the world. Their products include refrigerators,
ovens, microwaves, washers and dryers, and much more. In 2019, Kloeckner Metals pro-
vided approximately $22 million of steel to Whirlpool from our Tulsa location.

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is the world leader in serving science. Their
mission is to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and
safer. Thermo Fisher Scientific serves customers that are accelerating
life sciences research, solving complex analytical challenges, improv-
ing patient diagnostics and therapies, or increasing productivity in their
laboratories. In 2019, Kloeckner Metals provided approximately $8 million
in steel to Trane out of our Cincinnati branch.
