We have added and organized courses to help you choose those that align best with your profes-
sional journey. There are four main categories of courses: All Employee Training, Training by Track,
Leadership Training, and New Employee Training. Let’s dive a little deeper into each category:

All Employee Training
• Digital Skills – Digital Academy
Our Digital Academy supports you to innovate, compete and have a fruitful career in the digital
age by upskilling and empowering you with tools, frameworks and strategic knowledge.
• Professional Development
Regardless of role or tenure, everyone should have access to development opportunities. Our
online offerings are free to all KMC employees and cover essential topics like communication
and conflict resolution, advancing your career, project management skills, Microsoft Excel and
more.
• Product 101
Unlike many steel service centers that specialize in one or two product lines, Kloeckner Metals
does it all. We buy, sell and service carbon flat roll, carbon plate, structural and long products,
non-ferrous (stainless and aluminum), galvanized, pre-paint, PVD and more. Brush up on the
product(s) in your local branch, or learn about the products sold around the country
• Safety, Compliance
At Kloeckner, safety isn’t just first – it’s always. Our robust safety and compliance training
program includes requirements for all new and existing employees, as well as optional add-ons
for increased understanding of safety and compliance risks.
