J Allen Homes Warranty Procedures




               IMPORTANT:


               Essential Trades Warranty and Repairs

               Please contact the vendor directly for warranty calls pertaining to


               Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Septic System, Sprinkler Systems.


               The contact information will be located in your binder that you received at closing.  These items
               need quicker attention and can cause other issues, and J Allen Homes should be notified by
               email if you have had to contact one of your trades for the above items.


               If you have any issues with a trade responding, please notify our office right away.

               For Cosmetic repairs follow the procedures below

               Please Review the guidelines in your warranty manual prior to sending in your warranty request
               Please list each item and attach a picture of the repair that you are requesting


               Repairs will be complete within 30 days and according to our warranty documents

               A goal of J Allen Homes is to minimize the number of call backs on our trades and interruptions
               of your daily living.  Ideally, we would like the home to be “lived In” for 30 days so that you have
               the time to notice all items and provide us with a thorough list of items prior to scheduling trades
               for cosmetic repairs.
