Sizing Guidelines for Knuckle Bender Splints
Measure the distance from MCP to DIP on the dorsal surface of the finger to be splinted. Splints can be adjusted for in- between sizes and to conform to hand contours.

Static Progressive Positioning Splint PIP and DIP Flexion. Indicated to increase R.O.M. and relieve joint stiffness. Elastic contrac- tures, padding and stainless steel construction with easy- to-use, adjustable hook & loop straps.
Finger Splints: Flexion
   Knuckle Bender Splint.
Simultaneously flexes the MCPs of all digits without blocking IP or wrist motion. Rubber band strength de- termines traction force. To size, measure width of 2nd to 5th MCP. Latex free.
3pp® Step DownTM Static Progressive Splint. Provides adjust- able tension to restore PIP and DIP flexion. Strap adjusts to allow wearer to increase flexion to tolerance for improved compliance. Measure from web space to tip and width of proximal phalanx.
Finger Knuckle Bender.
Dynamic splint flexes PIP joint by rubber band traction. Stainless steel with felt pad. #10 rubber bands included.
MP Flexion Spring. For correcting MP joint tightness. Provides 31/2 lbs. (1.3kg) of force when MP joints are ex- tended to neutral. MP tension adjusts easily. To size, mea- sure width of hand at flexed MP joint. Latex free.
LMB Spring Coil Finger
Flexion Assist. For PIP exten-
sion and soft tissue tightness.
Coil springs, lateral to the PIP
joint, assist middle phalanx into
flexion. Dorsal pad distributes
pressure comfortably. Proximal
strap provides adjustable ten-
sion and must be positioned to
achieve proper joint alignment.
Flexes a supple joint to 80°.
Finger pad is free, allowing function. Force is stronger than the LMB Finger Flexion Splint. To size, measure dorsal surface from center of MCP to DIP. Latex free.
