To build this relationship with your mentor, you must always show result. Lazy and redundant people are thorns on the fles of mentors and coaches and no one wants to spend his/her time and resources mentoring someone who is not ready to grow.
Peers/Colleagues: This set is made up of people around or within your level: in career, exposure, intelligence, etc and are working within your growth capacity for ideas, advice, experience and more.
Most times you do not choose these people. You got them while in school at work, in the neighborhood, in the church, lifestyle etc. Most times, the relationship with this set of persons is not professional. We call them friends too and that is exactly who they are. Friends, and nothing
