Welcome to FY19!!!
As we moved into the new fiscal year, it is important to take out some time to reflect on what we achieved last year. It’s
been an excellent FY18 for Accenture Operations and the India Mobilization team in particular.
The highlights from the year really tell a very powerful story of India MOB in the last fiscal – the effort and focus last fiscal
had clearly been on our core fundamentals while upholding our thoughts and focus into innovation and to make bold but
calculated steps into the NEW.

Paradigm Shift

If FY18 was a year of excellence on the core fundamentals, FY19 promises to be a step further in strengthening our basics
and into our journey of Innovation and Rotating to the New.

While the focus and compliance to our Core and Basics needs to only get better, smarter and tighter, FY19, thematically,
would be a year of strengthening our roots through various programs and take firm, steady and measurable steps into the
NEW through Innovation & Technology disruptions.

Lots to look forward in the year – continuing with the Accenture trend – this year promises to be a lot different, more
interesting and much better than the previous years in all aspects. So, while you continue the focus and rigor to keep the
Core Alive and Burning, let’s keep it simple & relaxed. There is no reason to panic and just keep the passion and fire alive in
whatever you engaged with.
Last but not the least, it’s TIME management and DISCIPLINE – R&C – respect and compliance to these, would enable you
to succeed in your goals and aspirations.
