How to put on and take off a

face mask?

✅Before putting on the mask, wash your hands with soap &
water or an alcohol-based hand rub.

✅Cover your mouth and nose with the mask ensuring that it is in-

tact and it fits snugly to your face.

✅Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, wash your

hands.

✅When the mask becomes damp, replace it with a new one & do

not reuse it, since disposable masks should be used once only.

✅Remove the mask by handling the elastic band only, without
touching the front of the mask; discard immediately in a closed

bin and wash your hands.
