       •  FSA contribution limits have increased to $2,600 annually.
       •  HSA contributions have increased to $3,400 Employee;
          and stayed the same $6,750 for Family.
       Who Must Enroll:
       ​For the 2017 plan year, all employees must enroll in our
       medical and dental plans unless you have coverage through
       your spouse’s plan(s).









                      Benefit elections become effective at the first of the month following your 60 day
                      employment period.
