Team Selection, Conceptual Design, and Master Planning

With so many different people required to accomplish your project: consultants,
architects, civil engineers, MEP and Structural engineers, AVL, FFE, Special Testing,
and General Contractors, we ensure that you’re surrounded by the right team for
your project.

Instead of hiring a project team based on work they’ve done for other people,
our process creates a competitive environment where all potential team mem-
bers interview based on what they can do for you. This involves an elaborate RFP

process that qualifies every firm who is interviewing with you to respond based
upon your specific needs and objectives, including programming, budgets, spatial
requirements, and timelines.

Once the team begins to take shape, we begin the most fun part of the process-

visioning! We will work with the architect to put together a 3-day event in which
we work through the process of creating a conceptual design and master plan
that facilitates the vision of the church, within the budget that accelerates growth.
