Pitch: High & Low
• Review “Hey Diddle Diddle”
• MM presents a puppet of a little dog and asks, “Would a little dog make a high voice
or a low voice?” (high voice)
• MM shows a puppet of a big dog and asks, “Would this dog have a high voice or a
lower voice?” (low voice)
• Speak rhyme with high voice (not squeaky voice)
• Repeat rhyme with low voice
• When MM holds up little dog, speak with a high voice, and when she holds up the big
dog, speak with a low voice
• MM selects a MF to be the “conductor” to hold up the different sized dogs (repeat)
