e all know someone with a
mental illness, experienced
Wmental illness, or worked
with someone of that magnitude. Most
people do not like to talk about it, but I
want to change that with Helpful Living
Magazine. In our magazine, you will
read stories about people dealing with
depression, anxiety, panic attacks etc.
Some will be motivating and others will
have you in tears, overall their stories
will expose transparency of their men-
tal health journey.
The stigma on mental health stumps
the growth of those who are challenged
with a disorder, which can diminish
awareness as well as resources for
those who need it. No one has this
thing called life figured out, and my sole Thank you to all the contributors who made this
purpose for this magazine is to encour- magazine possible. Stock photos are from Belle
