After thorough planning and discussions with project
investors, Grace Ridge embarked on a phased renovation
to update is community to prepare it for the future. The
strategically phased renovation encompassed nearly all
common areas, including the first impression one
receives as they enter the community, dining rooms and
amenities such as the theater and activity spaces.
Although more renovations are still to come, the
projects that have been completed has positioned them
to be competitive for the current and future
marketplace.
