Detailed Design
We prepare detailed area plans, elevations and
all construction details for project team approv-
al. We also confirm all fixtures, furniture and
finishes, together with delivery times and Issue
proposals for approval on bespoke items or spe-
cific products, manufacturers etc. Gallery Fran-
cais undertakes a value engineering exercise to
assess design solutions for cost, build ability and
adaptability. We also make applications to Stat-
utory Authorities and prepare DCM design risk
assessments, as well as Review all detail design
information for practicality and build ability.
