MEP Drivers

                Gallery Francais Interiors will manage the commis-
                sioning phase of the project and ensure that all sys-
                tems are installed with the ability to commission within
                a pre-set timeframe in mind.
                We will ensure that detailed method statements are
                provided for each system that is to be commissioned.
                The method statements produced will be strictly ad-
                hered to.
                Our commissioning manager will liaise with the base-
                build manager throughout the project and will have a
                commissioning meeting on a bi-weekly basis, ensur-
                ing that the commissioning is carried out within the
                relevant CIBSE and BSRIA codes of practice.
                Upon completion of the commissioning, Gallery Fran-
                cais Interiors will manage and oversee the final witness
                testing and demonstrations of the systems to you.

                MEP Design

                Gallery Francais Interiors has in-house M&E Design and
                co-ordination.
                The  MEP  co-ordinator  will  inspect  and  witness  all  testing
                and commissioning of the engineering services installations.

                This will encompass the preparation and issue of detailed
                performance specifications for the engineering services
                to ensure that the  highest standards of workmanship are
                maintained and all systems are fully functioning in accord-
                ance with design on completion of the project.
                We take responsibility for the preparation of a detailed scope
                of works, together with the overall budgetary and cost con-
                trol of the design and specification up to agreeing the final
                contract figure.
