Fee Structure for SRE Activities
1. PAYG (£220 per hour – exclusive of VAT) for Project Set-Up and Planning Application Activities. Where specific workstreams can be identified then Fixed Fee elements may be possible, by agreement.
2. Agency Fee for Delivery & Land Disposals Activities equating to 1% of Sale Value for each Freehold parcel sold – paid from proceeds. Terms to be agreed relating to any Leases, JVs and Partnerships)
