From the very day we
were given the respon-
sibility of our glorious

“Burj House”, we have
worked honestly and

diligently to give it new
heights. Student lead-
ers aren't only responsi-

able for themselves - they also have extended re-
sponsibilities that affect a wide range of students.

Good teams become great ones only when the
members trust each other enough .Often , leadership

is seen as a title, a position that one is chosen for or
given to make decisions and lead a group of people.
But for me , it has been a learning platform. I have

beeneen fortunate to have had the opportunities to de-
velop my leadership skills and be provided with op-

portunities to exhibit it as well. This has given me tre-
mendous exposure to new opportunities and has ac-
celerated my growth as a leader.
