LS-1000X COMPLETE LABORATORY STIRRER
This tabletop stirrer is adaptable to a wide variety of applications from a small beaker of low viscosity liquid to a gallon of medium-high viscosity liquid. Powerhead slides easily up and down on vertical shaft, locking anywhere with a slight twist of the clamp handle. Slow starts smoothly building to high speeds can be obtained by a gradual turn of the sensitive needle valve. (See description of Powerhead, Item 1 below.) Changes of impellers and shafts of different diameters and pitches can be made quickly using the hex wrench furnished for the sleeve coupling. The Mixed Flow Impellers that come
with this unit are capable of giving a mix obtainable with no other blade. They are light weight, self-centering, easy to clean, extremely strong, and will mix thoroughly and fast without drawing air into the solution.
