                  Italian cuisine is associated with the sun, the sea and beautiful mountain views. This is not only
                  delicious food in every season, it is also an aesthetic pleasure and a performance. Especially if
                  you don't speak Italian.


                  The dishes themselves are tasty, interesting and fragrant. At the same time, the beauty around
                  and the temperament of the Italians make a visit to a café in Italy an unforgettable event. It seems
                  that Italians themselves treat food the same way they treat foreigners. Being in Italy, you quickly
                  become imbued with a respect shifted from the usual priority of values, where beauty, delicious
                  food and companionship come first.



                  We once missed the train from Venice to enjoy beer and pizza at sunset after a hot day. I had to
                  travel 200 km in a taxi. Another time they did not want to leave the seaside town where they
                  could eat the wonderful Mediterranean cuisine in an outdoor bar right on the seafront.

                  When I remember food in Italy, I remember first of all the view from the restaurant. To the hills,
                  castles and hazelnut groves for Nutella in Tuscany, or the sea and rocks in Genoa, or the orderly
                  red-roofed houses in Milan. In all cases the food is excellent.

                  Perhaps such a priority is the most correct attitude to life?
