If you are interested in open enrolling your student(s) from outside of the Weld RE-4 School District, or if you live within the school district boundaries and wish to change schools, you will need to complete an open enrollment form. The forms may be obtained at any school site or at the District Of ce (1020 Main Street).
Open enrollment forms are due by March 1 for in-district open enrollment and by October 1 for out-of-district open enrollment for the upcoming school year. Please visit www.weldre4.org for more information.
