All other candidates for election as Officers of the Competition or members
              of the Management Committee shall be nominated to the Secretary in writing,
              signed by the secretaries of two Clubs, not later than 31st March in each year.
              Names of the candidates for election shall be circulated with the notice of the
              AGM. In the event of there being no nomination in accordance with the
              foregoing for any office, nominations may be received at the AGM.

           (C)At the annual general meeting held every third year the president shall retire.
              Nominations for the officer of president shall be advised to the General
              Secretary together with the names of proposers and seconders before the
              date of the Annual General Meeting in the year that the election is to be
              held. Nominations can be submitted by any member of the League. No
              person shall be eligible unless she/he is a Life President, Vice President or
              Life Member. The elected person shall hold Office for 3 years from the
              Annual General Meeting at which she/he is elected.

           (D)The Management Committee shall meet as and when required, save that no
              more than three calendar months shall pass between each meeting.

              On receiving a requisition signed by two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the
              Management Committee the Secretary shall convene a meeting of the
              Management Committee.

           (E)Except where otherwise mentioned all communications shall be addressed
              to the Secretary who shall conduct the correspondence of the Competition
              and keep a record of its proceedings.

           (F)All communications received from Clubs must be conducted through their
              Officers and sent to the Secretary.

              Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the
              Fines Tariff (£10)
           (G)Any Member Club failing to attend a general meeting the dates of which are
              listed in the league Handbook shall be fined £10. For any subsequent Non-
              Attendance the fine will be doubled. Any club failing to attend 3
              consecutive meeting will not be allowed to play or take part   in the business
              of the League until such time as an explanation has been received and
