Radstock Town FC - A History

par cularly trauma c campaign which saw the playing budget withdrawn to keep the club
going, the chairman resign, two mangers leave and ended with the club being relegated!
Since then though the Chairman and commi ee has worked very hard to bring stability
back to the club and despite some dark moments the team remain in the first division.

Today: Season 22/23 was a par cu larly difficult one for the club.
Despite reaching the play-off's at the end of the previous campaign most of the squad
decided to play their foot ball elsewhere!
That and the late appointment of the new management team of Ray John ston, Elliot
Gibbons and Ian Lanning had to start the season with a makeshi eleven, however, hard
work and team spirit saw the side stay compe ve throughout the campaign.
Scroll on a year and a er a posi ve summer the same management team and supporters
are op mis c that this season will see us ba ling at the right end of the table!
A er winning the league last season the reserves will be led this year by Anthony
Morrison, Taylor Morrison & Rob Johnson following the resigna on of Liam Watson.
Our very successful under 18's will once again be in the very capable hands of Ian Lanning
and Jamie Pur nell.
